The Executive Bureau

The Executive Bureau leads and manages the organisation’s actions with the support of the Secretariat-General. It meets twice a year.

Tasks

• it proposes the political guidelines of the organisation.
• it implements the policies adopted by the General Assembly.
• it coordinates the work carried out among the members and between them and the specific commissions that might be created within the organisation.
• it assumes control of the secretariat and the financial manegement.
• it establishes the rules of procedure which must be approved by the General Assembly.
