Positive assessment of the devolution in Kenya in the II Devolution Conference
ORU took part in the II Devolution Conference, the national meeting of the 47 counties in Kenya, where the current situation of the Devolution initiated in 2013 was dealt with. The conference, organised by the Council of Governors, was held in the Kisumu County between the 21st and 23rd of April 2015.

Postponed ORU's 2015 General Assembly in Andalusia
In a meeting held on the 28th of April the Vice-Counsellor for Local Administration and Institutional Relations of the Junta de Andalucía expressed that the Junta de Andalucía remains interested in organizing the next ORU’s Assembly in Seville, although the early Andalusian elections and being the government in office obliges them to wait until the new government is formed before taking a final decision.(...)

State of Devolution in Kenya
Today we review for the second year the direction, progress, challenges and achievements of our Country under Devolved governance. It is my sincere belief that with all our challenges and shortfalls, no County can be said to have become worse from Devolved governance. As we take stock of devolution, lessons learnt, challenges, and possible areas of improvement, it is paramount significance to compare expectations and reality in order to plan ahead.(…)
Attention to Kenya
