Practice submitted to ORU Fogar’s III Regional Best Practices Award by the Government of Trentino (Italy) on the 31st of May 2018, with entry record #22 and a total score of 616 points.
The practice consists of a platform of digital services to reach citizens more effectively and quickly, and thus facilitate their relationship with the public administration.
The objectives of this project are the following:
a) Personalized relationship with citizens / users through the recognition and management of digital identities;
b) Active participation of citizens in the process of improving the quality of public services by monitoring their interactions with the Autonomous Province of Trento and other entities involved in the provision of services, as well as identifying new indicators to measure the citizens' perception of the quality of services and their level of satisfaction;
c) Total load of the service for citizens through a single window service and a multi-channel system.
